These solar barricade lights use an integrated solar and battery system for fast installation and low-maintenance performance. The AV-60-863 and AV-70-863 are produced in the USA and have an approved FAA National Buy American Waiver, making them suitable for FAA-funded airport projects.
The AV-60-863 offers a simple, cost-effective solution for temporary or permanent barricade lighting applications, while the AV-70-863 adds greater operational flexibility with optional RF control through the AvMesh network. Both models support dusk-to-dawn operation, user-replaceable rechargeable batteries, and ultra-high-intensity LEDs with an expected life of more than 50,000 hours.
Designed for demanding aviation environments, the lights feature IP68 ingress protection, UV-stabilized LEXAN polycarbonate body and lens construction, aviation yellow body color, integrated circuit protection, and a robust design for operational use. They are shock and vibration tested to military standards, wind rated up to 160 km/h, and humidity resistant up to 100 percent.
