Product Overview
The Avlite Low Intensity Solar ICAO Type A AV-OL-75 is a lightweight, solar-powered low intensity obstruction light designed to mark aerial obstructions up to 45 meters or 147 feet in height. Built as a self-contained solar lighting solution, the AV-OL-75 provides reliable obstruction marking without the need for grid power, trenching, or hard-wired electrical infrastructure.
This low intensity solar ICAO Type A light uses a tilted solar array to charge an internal battery during daylight hours, then automatically begins operation at dusk. Its compact design makes it easy to handle and install, while dual high-performance solar modules support dependable solar charging in outdoor environments.
The AV-OL-75 is available with optional Satcom and GSM connectivity for remote monitoring applications. Bluetooth® connectivity allows convenient servicing through the AvlitePro™ mobile application from up to 50 meters away, helping reduce maintenance time, lower service costs, and improve personnel safety by allowing ground-level servicing.
Built for harsh outdoor aviation environments, the AV-OL-75 features a tough UV-stabilized LEXAN® polycarbonate lens and light base. Optional features include Satcom and GSM connectivity, an external ON/OFF switch, and a charge port for additional operational flexibility.
